Prior to joining HMS, Mr. Rosenwood was an associate with the litigation team at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, with a practice focused in commercial litigation and federal criminal defense. Before that, Mr. Rosenwood interned in the legal department of Virgin Atlantic Airways in their Crawley, U.K. headquarters

Representation of developer in 1300 acre project involving property acquisition, contract negotiation, litigation matters and lien issues.
Representation of numerous architectural and engineering firms in multi-million dollar complex construction litigation claims.
Served as court-appointed co-counsel in the Western District of North Carolina in a highly publicized landmark criminal trial.

Mr. Rosenwood was honored in 2008 and 2011 as a "Young Gun" in Business North Carolina's "Legal Elite" selections and has be recognized in 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011 as a "Rising Star" in the North Carolina "SuperLawyers" selections.
Mr. Rosenwood is actively involved in bar association activities, having served as a judge in the Western Regional Moot Court Tournament for the Young Lawyers Division of the North Carolina Bar Association, and as a weekly lunch buddy in the Mecklenburg Bar Association's Devonshire School Partnership Program, as well as being involved in a significant amount of pro bono activities and court-appointed work for indigent criminal defendants.
