Biography

  • Certified Superior Court Mediator, Mr. Rosenwood also served for 3 years as a mediator for the Mecklenburg County Bar handling fee dispute complaints.

 

 

  • Prior to joining HMS, Mr. Rosenwood was an associate with the litigation team at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, with a practice focused in commercial litigation and federal criminal defense. Before that, Mr. Rosenwood interned in the legal department of Virgin Atlantic Airways in their Crawley, U.K. headquarters

    • Served as court-appointed co-counsel in the Western District of North Carolina in a highly publicized landmark criminal trial.

  • Community Involvement

    •  Mr. Rosenwood is actively involved in bar association activities, having served as a judge in the Western Regional Moot Court Tournament for the Young Lawyers Division of the North Carolina Bar Association, and as a weekly lunch buddy in the Mecklenburg Bar Association's Devonshire School Partnership Program, as well as being involved in a significant amount of pro bono activities and court-appointed work for indigent criminal defendants.
