Allen L. West

Biography


Mr. West has a wide-ranging commercial litigation practice, with an emphasis on construction law and bankruptcy. His litigation experience includes arbitrations, jury and bench trials, dispositive motions, injunctions and appeals in North and South Carolina state courts, Federal District Courts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. West regularly provides advice to individuals and businesses on commercial matters such as contract negotiation and drafting, and works with all entities in the construction arena including design professionals, contractors, owners and sureties.
